| Summary | The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the National Police Agency have prepared a guideline for the creation of a safe and comfortable bicycle environment to promote the development of bicycle traffic space. In this study, we conducted basic research on the traveling speed of bicycles, case studies on bicycle network planning, comparative analysis of foreign standards for the development of bicycle traffic space, and development of a new method of surveying bicycle traffic routes necessary to evaluate bicycle policies. |
